| 在生态文明建设背景下，推动城市生态产品价值实现是促进绿色转型与高质量发展的关键。本研究旨在系统探索城市生态产品价值转化的理论框架与实践路径，为生态要素融入城市治理与经济体系提供支撑。基于城市作为“经济—社会—生态”系统的复合特性，本文首先界定了城市生态产品的内涵，明确其与生态系统服务总值的本质区别，进而解析其生成逻辑，揭示城市空间结构、生态网络连通性及人类活动调控等核心形成机制。遵循“生态资产—生态产品—价值实现”的逻辑，从生态资本收益、资源产权流转、生态权益交易、绿色经济增长及生态产业开发五个维度构建多路径实现机制，并配套产权确权、价值核算、制度规范、数据平台及协同治理等关键支撑。同时，剖析当前面临的确权缺失、评估规范不一、市场不畅、数据薄弱、政策协同难等现实障碍，提出相应对策。本文明确了城市生态产品的内涵与生成机制，构建了多维价值实现路径及支撑体系，可为城市生态产品价值实现的理论深化和政策实践提供系统性参考，推动生态要素有效融入现代城市发展体系。 |

| Against the backdrop of ecological civilization construction, promoting the value realization of urban ecological products is pivotal for advancing the green transition and high-quality development. This study aims to systematically explore the theoretical framework and practical pathways for converting urban ecological products into measurable value, thereby supporting the incorporation of ecological elements into urban governance and economic systems. Taking the city as an economic-social-ecological coupled system, the paper first defines the connotation of urban ecological products, clarifying their multi-actor composite nature and their essential distinction from aggregate ecosystem service metrics, and then unpacks their generative logic by identifying core mechanisms such as urban spatial structure, ecological-network connectivity, and the regulation of human activities. Following the logic of “ecological assets - ecological products - value realization”, a multi-pathway realization framework is constructed from five dimensions: ecological capital returns, resource-property rights transfer, ecological-rights trading, green economic growth, and ecological industry development. Key supporting measures are also proposed, including property-rights clarification, value accounting, institutional norms, data platforms, and collaborative governance. The study also diagnoses current practical barriers such as unclear property rights, inconsistent assessment methods, immature markets, weak data foundations, and poor policy coordination, and proposes corresponding policy and technical responses. By clarifying the connotation and generation mechanism of urban ecological products, and constructing a multi-dimensional value realization pathway and supporting system, this research offers a systematic reference for the theoretical deepening and policy practice of urban ecological product value realization, promoting the effective integration of ecological elements into the modern urban development system. |
