| 本文将渐进决策理论应用于工业园区清洁生产审核重点筛选，系统提出了审核重点筛选原则与方法，并以A园区为例，全面阐述了审核重点筛选的整体思路与实施过程。研究结果表明，本研究提出的审核重点筛选原则有助于从“园区层面—行业层面—企业层面”逐层剖析园区清洁生产薄弱环节，审核重点筛选方法具有较强的可操作性与实践适用性。本研究不仅可为A园区开展清洁生产审核提供针对性技术支撑，也能为完善工业园区清洁生产审核方法体系、全面推进工业园区清洁生产审核工作提供理论参考与实践借鉴。 |

| This study applies the incremental decision-making theory to the screening of key points in cleaner production audit for industrial parks. It systematically proposes principles and methods for screening the audit priorities, and takes Park A as an example to comprehensively expounds the overall approach and implementation process of screening audit priorities. The results show that the proposed principles help to hierarchically analyze the weak points in cleaner production at the park from the “park level-industry level-enterprise level”. The screening methods exhibit strong operability and practical applicability. This study not only provides targeted technical support for cleaner production audit in Park A, but also offers theoretical references and practical experience for improving the methodological system and comprehensively promoting the implementation of cleaner production audit in industrial parks. |
